Will Smith portrayed the alcoholic, moody, and pessimistic superhero John Hancock back in 2008. "Hancock" was the superhero who just couldn't do anything right. He suffered from amnesia only to wake up and discover that he's an immortal who is seemingly the only of his kind. Unfortunately, because of this, Hancock has a PR problem. He's often ridiculed for his careless and emotional outbursts that tend to cause more problems when all he's trying to do is save lives. However, as the film progresses, we discover that Hancock is a fiercely loyal man and turns into a sympathetic hero.
