Fairgoers are having a royally good time at the Mississippi Valley Fair, but one very special attendee is queen of it all. Local 4’s Linsey Tobin spoke with Cassi Paustian about what it takes to be crowned Mississippi Valley Fair Queen and what it means to hold the title.
