Under the assumption that this Marvel Legends leak is accurate and Goliath is indeed set to appear on "What If...?" Season 2, it's more than likely that Bill Foster will be the one in the suit. After all, he has already made his MCU debut and has specifically stated that he was once the towering Goliath, so this would be a fine way to expand on that brief mention. Then again, there are several characters other than Foster who have operated under the Goliath name in the comics — some of which have been in the MCU for some time.
The first person to act as Goliath was Hank Pym, which isn't too surprising given that Pym Particles are responsible for the hero's size alteration. Then, Clint Barton — better known as Hawkeye and later Ronin — took on the mantle for a time while Pym operated as Yellowjacket. After Barton, Foster adopted the name, having previously worked under the aliases Black Goliath and Giant-Man. However, Foster's Goliath run concluded during the "Civil War" storyline when he was killed by a cyborg clone of Thor known as Ragnarok. Erik Josten and Foster's nephew, Thomas, have also become Goliath.
Regardless of who's in the suit, if this leak is to be believed, it'll be great to finally see Goliath appear in an MCU production proper via "What If...?" Season 2.
